If you are not yet familiar with Kate Lanphear, Elle's Style Director, I think it's time you should be. I love her work and she is such a major style inspiration who is extremelly cool and put together in her always fashionably androgynous looks. She manages to look very feminine and sexy without all the ruffles, bows and lace (which I adore, don't get me wrong!). She favours clean cut, man-inspired, well-tailored pieces in monocromatic colors (mostly black&white) and really indulges in A-M-A-Z-I-N-G statement accessories. And that hair is a show apart!
